2. Products
Pima Blanks manufactures premium blank apparel using 100% Supima® cotton, produced at our own facility in Latvia, EU, under our exclusive Supima® license.
Our core range includes:
- Classic Tee 150 (150 GSM single jersey)
- Premium Tee 200 (200 GSM interlock)
- Relax Tee 280 (280 GSM single jersey)
- Long sleeve variants of the above
- Polo styles (Single Jersey 150g, Interlock 200g, Piqué 200g)
3. Made-to-Order (MTO) Program
Pima Blanks offers a made-to-order program supporting custom cuts, organic cotton, modal fabric, and custom decoration (DTG, DTF, embroidery). MTO orders:
- Require written specification approval before production begins
- May carry minimum order quantities (MOQs), which will be confirmed at quotation stage
- Are produced to your approved specification and are therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started, except where the goods are defective or materially non-conforming
- May have longer lead times than standard stock items, as confirmed at order confirmation
4. Orders & Pricing
- Orders may be placed through the Website, by email, or following a sales call with our team.
- All quotes and pricing are in the currency relevant to your region: USD (US, DAP landed pricing), GBP (UK), or EUR (EU), unless otherwise agreed.
- Pricing for US customers is quoted on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis and may vary based on order volume; we do not publish static price lists for the US market and instead provide tailored pricing following a consultation call.
- Volume-based pricing tiers apply in the UK and EU; general price lists may be shared on request, noting that final pricing depends on order volume.
- Samples are available at a discount off standard wholesale pricing (30% off in the EU/UK, 20% off in the US).
- All prices exclude VAT, duties, and import taxes unless explicitly stated as included.
- An order is only confirmed once accepted in writing (email confirmation or invoice) by Pima Blanks. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing or product information was listed in error.
5. Payment
- Payment is processed via our secure payment partners, Mollie (card payments) and GoCardless (recurring direct debit, available to established repeat accounts).
- Pima Blanks does not store full payment card or bank account details; these are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
- Payment terms (e.g. payment in advance, deposit plus balance, or agreed credit terms) will be confirmed at order confirmation or in your customer agreement.
- Late payment may result in order delays, suspension of future orders, or additional charges as permitted by law.
6. Delivery
- Products are manufactured at our facility in Latvia and shipped internationally.
- US orders are fulfilled via air freight through our logistics partner JOEL LLC (typically 5–7 business days transit) on a DAP basis; import duties and applicable HTS classification (6109.10 for cotton knit apparel) are the Buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
- UK and EU orders are shipped via UPS; standard stock orders typically dispatch within 2–3 business days of order confirmation, with delivery timeframes thereafter confirmed at order confirmation.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Pima Blanks is not liable for delays caused by customs, freight carriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier (for DAP shipments) or upon delivery to the named address, as specified in the applicable shipping terms confirmed at order stage. See our [Shipping & Returns] page for full details.
7. Intellectual Property & Supima® Trademark
- All Pima Blanks branding, product designs, marketing materials, and the Website content are the property of Pima Blanks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Pima Blanks holds an exclusive Supima® license. Use of the Supima® trademark by Buyers in their own marketing, packaging, or product listings must comply with Supima's® trademark guidelines and requires prior written approval from Pima Blanks.
- Buyers may not reproduce, resell, or misrepresent Pima Blanks branding or certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, Supima®) without authorisation.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing as a business (print shop, decorator, distributor, merch agency, or similar) and not as a consumer
- The information you provide (billing, shipping, tax/VAT details) is accurate
- You have authority to bind your business to these Terms
9. Cancellations
- Standard stock orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, subject to written confirmation from Pima Blanks; costs already incurred (e.g. production, freight booking) may be deducted.
- MTO and custom-decorated orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced, as set out in Section 3.
10. Returns, Defects & Refunds

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Pima Blanks' total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order.
- Pima Blanks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific customer relationship (e.g. US or EU customer agreements).
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
